Where All Do We Deliver?

We deliver to every places around the India. You will be able to view applicable shipping charges on the product page, before you buy a product, by selecting your country of delivery.
We would like to address one thing for shipment of USA and some other countries that if there would be no one to receive the parcel then it will be left at your door.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities as they follow a 5 day work culture. Some times we can try to organise deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis.
Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Zatki at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow as per the country.
Every once in a while, Zatki brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

Our policy is to send email for confirming the order with all the required details for your usage.
You can easily track your parcel when its on the way to reaching your doorstep.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 7 to 8 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
Zatki ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Zatki is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Zatki continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Zatki reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).
